Your Security System will be connected to an emergency monitoring station, 24 hours a day. Our Central Station is located in the midwest and have specially trained operators that are easy to understand and have achieved the prestigious CSAA's (Central Station Alarm Association) Five Diamond Certification - ensuring their proficiency in all phases of communications with law enforcement & emergency service centers. Out of 2700+ central stations in the U.S., fewer than 100 have achieved this "Five Diamond Certified" status. It is equipped with back-up generators and uninterruptible power supplies and is UL Listed.

Don't be fooled by the $99 or "Free" alarm systems that are being offered. Often these systems come with high monthly monitoring fees and lengthy contracts that automatically renew for 3-5 years at a time. Pretty soon, your "free or $99" system will actually cost you thousands! Read the fine print and ask - How much is my monthly monitoring? For how long? When does it renew? and What are your service rates?
We have some of the lowest service rates in the area starting at $105.00 per hour with a $15.00 trip charge. With a 1 hour minimum, we only bill in 15 minute increments after that.
